• 5+ years of experience in residential remodeling.
• Versatility as a 'Swiss Army Knife' of trades, especially rough and finish carpentry.
• Strong communication with clients and teammates.
• Organized, self-motivated and takes pride in doing things right the first time.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on work across framing, trim carpentry, drywall, tile, and light plumbing/electrical.
• Take ownership of project progress and ensure quality at every stage.
• Collaborate with Production Manager to keep schedules on track.
• Communicate with clients and your team to keep projects running smoothly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
• Document progress using Buildertrend (we'll provide the training).
