Qualifications

• 5+ years in residential remodeling or similar crafts.
• Versatility across rough and finish carpentry.
• Excellent communication with clients and teammates.
• Owns organization and takes pride in doing it right the first time.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on work across framing, trim carpentry, drywall, tile, and light plumbing/electrical.
• Take ownership of project progress and ensure quality at every stage.
• Collaborate with Production Manager to keep schedules on track.
• Communicate with clients and team to keep projects running smoothly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site.
• Document progress using Buildertrend.
