Job summary

Artisan Home Services is seeking a Lead Carpenter to supervise on-site residential projects in Bloomington, MN. You will oversee day-to-day carpentry work, coordinate crew tasks, and mentor team members to ensure quality craftsmanship and safety.

You will read plans, measure accurately, and manage tools, materials, and communications with supervisors and homeowners to keep projects on schedule and within scope.

Qualifications

• Experience leading residential construction or remodeling projects.
• Proficiency with framing techniques and structural carpentry.
• Finish carpentry skills including trim, cabinetry, doors, and detail work.
• Safe and confident use of power tools.
• Competent use of hand tools for precise measuring and assembly.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specs.
• Commitment to jobsite safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork; ability to guide crew members.
• Valid transportation to Shakopee, MN jobsites and eligibility to work on-site.
