Job summary

JOMA Residential Lead Carpenter position overseeing residential carpentry tasks on multiple job sites. You will report to the main office for daily assignments, clock in via project management software, and review tasks with the Production Team.

Tasks include demolition, framing, siding, millwork, and cabinetry as needed. Strong reading of plans, ability to scale drawings, and basic math skills are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of general construction and carpentry experience.
• Ability to read plans and scale off them.
• Good communication and willingness to ask questions.
• Ability to understand and use basic math.

Responsibilities

• Report to the main office each morning for daily assignments.
• Clock into each job and task in project management software.
• Review assigned tasks and clarify instructions with the Production Team.
• Perform demolition, framing, siding, millwork, and cabinetry tasks as needed.
• Communicate progress updates to the on-site Project Manager at day end.
• Maintain safety, PPE, and organized job sites; keep vehicles/tools organized.
