Job summary

Webber, a Ferrovial company, seeks a Foreman / Crew Supervisor to lead construction crews on heavy civil, waterworks, energy, and infrastructure projects in the New York area. You will plan, organize, and control day-to-day activities, ensure safety, coordinate subcontractors, and report to the Project Manager.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma / GED, 5 years of supervisory experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED required.
• 5 years' experience as a Foreman / Crew Supervisor within related industry and carpentry projects.
• Valid driver's license required and a good driving record to drive company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
• Follow supervisor's instructions, as well as provide and communicate supervision to the crew
• Maintain communications with supervisors of job status and current assigned responsibilities.
• Maintain and supervise a clean jobsite free of tripping hazards and unnecessary obstacles.
• Actively participate in the Performance and Development Review process, ensuring alignment to the performance pillars
• Carry out all work activities upholding the Company values
• Positively contribute to a diverse, inclusive and fair work environment, free from discrimination, bullying and harassment.
• Carry out all duties in line with Company policies and procedures
• Additional duties, as requested by superintendent and/or Project Manager
• Avoids legal challenges by complying with federal, state, and local legal requirements.
