Qualifications

• Move throughout a construction jobsite including stairs, ladders, and inclines; lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comply with all safety policies and report unsafe activities.
• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve goals.
• Provide leadership to others through example and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

• Lift, carry and place construction materials, tools and supplies.
• Clean tools, equipment, and work area.
• Dig, spread and level dirt, sand and gravel.
• Assist equipment operators with positioning machines and signaling dumping positions.
• Mix, pour and spread concrete, asphalt, gravel and other materials.
• Direct laborers in pouring concrete.
• Erect shoring and bracing.
• Assist in pipe installation.
• Use power and air tools.
• Install and maintain erosion control.
