Job summary

Webber, a Ferrovial company, seeks a Foreman-level supervisor to oversee concrete formwork and related construction tasks. You will read plans, set forms, and supervise crew on projects in the United States.

Work involves outdoor conditions, heavy physical activity, and adherence to safety policies. Minimum 0-3 years of related construction experience preferred; a high school diploma is not strictly required.

Qualifications

• Education: less than High School Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Works from plans to build, assemble, fit together, align, plumb, and set in place forms for molding concrete structures.
• Checks forms while concrete is being placed.
• Directs others in stripping forms after concrete is placed.
• May install miscellaneous materials integral to concrete structures.
• May install precast concrete elements.
• Prepares for slipforming traffic rail and median barrier.
• May install permanent metal deck forms.
• May work with power tools.
• Whatever enhances the operations of the company
• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
• Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures.
