Job summary

Webber, a Ferrovial company, seeks a Foreman to lead field crews on heavy civil and road construction projects in a fast-paced environment. You will supervise subcontractors, enforce safety standards, and coordinate with the Project Manager to ensure timely completion of milestones.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds. Prior supervision experience in related infrastructure work is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience as a Foreman / Crew Supervisor preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
• Supervise crew and communicate instructions effectively.
• Maintain progress updates with supervisors on job status.
• Ensure jobsite is clean and free of hazards.
• Support adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Backfill for Maintenance Superintendent as needed.
