Odd Fellows Contracting in Williamston, MI is seeking a Project Foreman to lead premium residential design-build projects. You will work hands-on with carpenters, supervise trade partners, and ensure the highest craftsmanship while keeping costs in check.

This role reports to the Production Manager and offers a stable full-time schedule, profit-sharing opportunities, and a strong work-life balance. You will travel regionally as needed to manage field operations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years as working foreman, lead carpenter, or project manager in residential remodeling.
• Hands-on mastery of framing, trim, cabinetry, and remodeling assemblies.
• Experience with mobile project management apps; 123Worx is a plus.
• Strong communication with clients and ability to lead small field teams.
• Ability to read prints and SOWs for constructability issues.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site field activities and supervise carpenters, helpers, and trade partners.
• Serve as the primary client point person, keeping homeowners informed and obtaining sign-offs.
• Audit material delivery logs and coordinate with the Logistics Coordinator to minimize waste.
• Log daily activities in project management software and track labor codes.
• Coordinate schedule and subcontractors to ensure smooth phase transitions.
• Collaborate in design meetings and adapt the Scope of Work to site conditions.
