You will support foremen in delivering high-end residential remodels, learning a proven production process and advancing into construction management with a company that values work-life balance.

Compensation includes $25–$27/hour based on experience plus annual profit sharing, full-time year-round work, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in residential construction/remodeling (framing, trim, or general remodel).
• Ability to read tape measures and interpret basic designs.
• Must have standard hand tools and framing/trim pouches (power tools provided).
• Strong communication and organizational skills for field docs and client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Foreman with all phases of residential remodeling, including demolition, framing, cabinet installation, siding, and finish carpentry.
• Read project prints and follow specifications and client selections.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and highly organized jobsite with dust control and floor protection.
• Anticipate tools, fasteners, and materials needed for daily phases.
• Coordinate with on-site trade partners and manage material deliveries.
• Log daily progress and report shortages to Foreman to avoid delays.
• Represent the company professionally to clients to protect the brand.
