Job summary

Qualifications

• Journeyman-level experience in carpentry, concrete finishing, or related crafts.
• Ability to lead crews, enforce safety, and meet project schedules.
• Experience reading and applying plans, specs, and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise planning, layout, and installation of forms, rebar, embeds, and anchor bolts.
• Coordinate lead men, motivate crews, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
• Review timecards, manage scheduling, and communicate with FPMS.
• Conduct toolbox talks, training, and pre-job safety planning.
