Qualifications

• Familiarity with reading plans and specifications.
• Ability to build and assemble concrete forms.
• Knowledge of form elevations and level checks.
• Commitment to safety on construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand drawings and prints.
• Build and assemble wood or metal forms for floors, slabs, walls, columns.
• Set forms to elevations and locations; assist rebar placement.
• Erect forms using various materials and systems (symon forms).
• Verify accuracy using plumb bob, level, laser, or transit.
• Erect scaffolding and ladders.
• Communicate with Foreman or Project Manager about problems, materials, or safety.
• Ensure all equipment is in safe working condition.
• Assist with placing concrete as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
