Zachry Construction Corporation is seeking experienced Carpenters/Form Setters to support highway, road, and bridge projects. You will build, align, and secure concrete forms, read blueprints, and work safely as part of a heavy civil team on outdoor sites.

Candidates should have 3+ years of carpenter experience with structural forms (Symon/EFCO/Wood), own hand tools, and the ability to work varied shifts including nights/weekends. Zachry offers strong benefits and career growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of carpenter experience in structural formwork.
• Ability to read construction drawings, sketches, and blueprints.
• Must provide own hand tools and operate common hand/power tools.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and lift up to moderate weight.

Responsibilities

• Construct, brace, and secure forms for concrete structures.
• Build and align forms for walls, pipes, and bridges.
• Set and brace forms for retaining walls and other Components.
• Follow drawings to ensure accurate formwork and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and support project needs.
