Compensation Is Based On Relevant Experience.

We are seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential remodeling/construction and possess a strong skill set from rough to finish carpentry, as well as effective communication skills. As a Lead Carpenter, you will be responsible for ensuring quality workmanship and leading a team of carpenters to deliver exceptional results on time. You will also manage crew and subcontracted labor, including assigning work, scheduling, and performance.

The ideal candidate:

• 10+ years experience in residential remodeling/construction
• Eye for detail & quality control
• Facilitating daily operations, calculating and scheduling materials needed
• Coordinate project schedule
• Ability to read project plans/construction documents, drawings, and related
• Computer savvy including MS Office
• Ensure safety protocols
• Knowledge of best building practices
