Position: Lead Carpenter

We are seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential remodeling/construction and possess a strong skill set from rough to finish carpentry, as well as effective communication skills. As a Lead Carpenter, you will be responsible for ensuring quality workmanship and leading a team of carpenters to deliver exceptional results on time. Experience managing crew and subcontracted labor is essential, including assigning work, scheduling, and performance management.

Minimum Requirements:

1. 10+ years experience in residential remodeling/construction
2. Eye for detail & quality control
3. Facilitating daily operations, calculating and scheduling materials needed
4. Coordinating project schedule
5. Ability to read project plans/construction documents, drawings, and related
6. Computer savvy including MS Office
7. Ensure safety protocols
8. Knowledge of best building practices
