Job summary

Premier Deck on-site Deck Lead position is responsible for directing day-to-day deck installations, coordinating crews, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. You will unload, set up, and manage a clean, safe job site, while communicating updates to customers and finishing tasks on schedule.

The role emphasizes on-site teamwork with the Deck Tech, lifting capabilities, and maintaining a clean work area. Competitive pay, a company truck, and year-round work are included.

• Work with Deck Tech to produce approx. 200 sq ft of deck per week.

A Typical Day at Premier Deck

We arrive on site at 7:30. Unload the trailer and set up the work site for the day. Work with and along side the Deck Tech to produce a great deck project and provide an amazing experience for the customer from start to finish.

Clean and pack up job site, log work for the day on provided iPad, plan ahead for materials needed, send an update to customer and punch out by 3:30.
