Arkridge Homecare is seeking compassionate caregivers/PCA's to provide in-home care for seniors and individuals with disabilities in Elizabethton, TN and surrounding communities. You create your own schedule based on your availability, giving you flexibility to balance work and life while making a meaningful difference.

We offer weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and the ability to work as much or as little as you would like, with a supportive team environment and referral bonus opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience with a home care agency, healthcare provider, or facility, or a current CNA certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Caring, dependable, and compassionate attitude.
