Job summary

You will participate in ISP alignment, safety, and smooth shift transitions while supporting onboarding.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• CPR, First Aid and Medication Administration certifications are required.
• Strong communication, delegation and decision‑making skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift assignments, manage attendance and coordinate coverage.
• Provide hands-on ADL support when needed.
• Coach caregivers on quality, hospitality and documentation standards.
• Review charting and ensure alignment with ISP.
• Monitor resident changes and communicate concerns promptly.
• Support onboarding and mentor new team members.
• Promote safety, compliance and smooth shift transitions.
