Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications required.
• Strong communication, delegation, and decision‑making skills needed.
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift assignments, manage attendance and coverage.
• Provide hands‑on ADL support when needed.
• Coach caregivers on quality, hospitality and documentation standards.
• Review charting and ensure alignment with ISP.
• Monitor resident changes and communicate concerns promptly.
• Support onboarding and mentor new team members.
• Promote safety, compliance, and smooth shift transitions.
