Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Lead Caregiver to serve as shift leader and mentor the caregiving team, ensuring consistent resident care and adherence to care plans. You will model professionalism, accountability, and compassionate service while guiding on‑the‑job performance.

The role emphasizes hands‑on support, maintaining safety and compliance, and partnering with the team to deliver excellent senior care.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications preferred.
• Strong communication, delegation, and decision‑making skills are essential.
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead shift assignments, manage attendance, and coordinate coverage.
• Provide hands‑on ADL support when needed.
• Coach caregivers on quality, hospitality, and documentation standards.
• Review charting and ensure alignment with ISP.
