You will lead shift assignments, provide hands-on ADL support, mentor new staff, review charting aligned with ISPs, and monitor resident changes while promoting safety and compliance.

Qualified candidates have a HS diploma, CPR/First Aid and Med Administration certifications, strong communication and decision-making skills, and experience in

Responsabilidades

• Lead shift assignments, manage attendance, and coordinate coverage
• Provide hands-on ADL support when needed
• Coach caregivers on quality, hospitality, and documentation standards
• Review charting and ensure alignment with ISP
• Monitor resident changes and communicate concerns promptly
• Support onboarding and mentor new team members
• Promote safety, compliance, and smooth shift transitions
