Caring Senior Service of Lincoln is hiring a Lead Caregiver/Office Assistant!

We pride ourselves on creating a supportive and rewarding environment for our caregivers, offering opportunities for growth and development in the field of senior care.Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Caregiver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for senior care, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional care and support to seniors, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Support a team of caregivers, offering guidance, training, and assistance.
  • Collaboration with healthcare professionals and family members with clients’ personalized care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client care and progress.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in senior care or related field.
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Must have valid drivers license and active vehicle insurance.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
