Job summary

Synergy HomeCare in Tampa Bay is seeking a Lead Home Care Professional to supervise and coordinate care with our team of caregivers. You will engage with clients and caregivers, ensuring compassionate, high-quality home care and building strong relationships to grow the business.

The role offers an $18–$22/hour pay range, on-call and overtime opportunities, and biweekly direct deposit with potential for advancement in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Caregiver experience or HHA certification (can be newly certified or without certification).
• CPR certification (up to date).
• Level 2 Background screening for the AHCA roster (up to date).
• Valid driver\'s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional caregiving to clients and mentor other care providers.
• Be flexible and willing to cover cases with a variety of skill levels and hours.

We provide non-medical services that allow clients to live more independent lives at home – wherever home may be. The Lead Care Professional reports our Care Coordinators and is part of a small and growing team.

We are looking for the right person who can help grow our business and be a valuable team member. Vital components of this position include active engagement with caregivers and building relationships with our clients. The successful candidate will be an energetic professional with a positive can-do attitude and an effective communicator who is eager to help make a difference. Qualifications and Duties:

• Must be compassionate, reliable, and have a strong work ethic
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Positive, customer-focused attitude with a caring presence
• Caregiver experience or HHA certification (can be newly certified or without certification).
• Greater than 3-years experience as a professional caregiver
• CPR certification (up to date)
• Level 2 Background screening for the AHCA roster (up to date)

• Must be very flexible and willing to work and cover cases with a variety of skill levels and hours.
• Able to run errands and Transport patients
• Hoyer lift and Gait belt experience
