Avenues Home Care is seeking a Lead Caregiver to support elderly and vulnerable clients in the Rossville area. You will perform ADLs, assist with medications, housekeeping, meal prep and transportation, delivering compassionate, high-quality care in line with the client’s plan.

You will report daily activity, follow schedules, and maintain professional conduct and confidentiality, while upholding safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Maintain an established work schedule.
• Effective interpersonal and communications skills including tact and diplomacy.
• Effective organizational and planning skills with attention to detail and follow through.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Maintain confidentiality of work-related information and materials.
• Maintain “Fit for Duty” physical condition, a valid driver’s license, automobile insurance and will possess the listed requirements.

Responsabilités

• Assist the client with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as specified in the client’s plan of care.
• Assist with medication assistance, housekeeping, laundry, meal prep, transportation and companionship.
• Report daily activity to supervisor through the agency management system and logs.
• Perform other household tasks as specified in the client’s plan of care.
