Home Matters Caregiving in Austin, Texas seeks a Lead Caregiver with a passion for client care and relationship building. The role focuses on delivering high-quality in-home senior care and supporting our caregiver team to ensure consistency and excellence.

You will supervise daily activities, help implement care plans, and participate in training while maintaining a client-centered approach in a busy agency environment. Starting pay is $17 per hour with weekly pay and opportunities for raises.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years of caregiving experience with seniors.
• Must be 21+ years old and able to communicate effectively.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily administrative support tasks in the agency office.
• Assist in caregiver orientations and field training.
• Cover last-minute shift callouts as needed.
• Execute client care plans and document activities.
