Job summary

Home Matters Caregiving in Austin, TX is seeking an in-home caregiver with a passion for client care and relationship building. You will follow care plans, assist with daily living activities, and provide companionship to seniors in their homes.

We offer flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time), starting pay of 15–20 USD per hour, weekly pay, and benefits including holiday pay and referral bonuses. Prior caregiving experience is preferred, and a valid driver license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of caregiving experience with seniors.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. safely.
• Must have strong communication and language skills to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Execute client care plans and document daily activities.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Provide household assistance (food prep, light housekeeping, safety monitoring).
• Provide personal care, mobility assistance, medication assistance, and companionship.
