HomeCentris Healthcare in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking a compassionate Lead Caregiver to join our team. The Lead Caregiver provides high-quality personal care to clients while guiding other caregivers to ensure safe, professional, and consistent service.

This full-time position requires a valid CNA certification (or 5 years caregiver experience), CPR/First Aid, reliable transportation, and a driver’s license. Schedule includes weekdays and weekends with competitive pay of $13.00–$16.00 per hour.

Qualifikationen

• Active CNA certification or a minimum of 5 years of caregiver experience.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (must drive).
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Flexibility to work throughout Central PA.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to support clients and caregivers in the field.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance.
• Assist clients with daily living activities and companionship.
• Administer or assist with medications as directed.
• Monitor clients’ health conditions and report any changes to supervisors or healthcare professionals.
• Train, mentor, and support new caregivers.
• Ensure care plans are followed accurately and updated when needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and services provided.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and care teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
