HomeCentris Healthcare is hiring caregivers across Harrisburg and Lancaster, PA. We provide training, ongoing support, and a path to grow in compassionate home-based care.

Roles include companionship, daily living assistance, light housekeeping, and monitoring client well-being. Employment offers weekly pay, paid orientation, and a benefits package with a $400 compliance bonus, 401(k), and more.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Personal or professional caregiving experience.
• Valid driver's license or state ID.
• Current TB test (less than a year old).
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications.

Responsibilities

• Companionship & Engagement: Foster connection through conversation, games, music, and activities tailored to the individual.
• Daily Living Assistance: Support clients with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, grooming, and feeding.
• Light Housekeeping & Errands: Assist with meal prep, laundry, cleaning, and transportation as outlined in the care plan.
• Monitoring & Communication: Observe and report changes in client condition, behavior, or cognition. Complete documentation after each shift.

We're looking for dependable, compassionate people who take pride in their work, whether you're an experienced caregiver or have cared for family members. We'll train you, help you develop your skills, and support you every step of the way.

We pay up to $15/hr, depending on experience and location.
