Schedule: V arying shifts ranging from 6am-6pm (Sunday to Saturday)

About the Opportunity

We are looking for a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated caregiver to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide high-quality non-medical in-home care that helps older adults remain safe, independent, and dignified in their homes.

What You’ll Do

• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional reassurance
• Assist with ADLs that include but not limited to: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility
• Prepare meals, do light housekeeping, run errands, laundry
• Offer non-medical medication reminders
• Maintain a safe environment and report safety issues
• Document observations and completed tasks
• Follow care plans and agency protocols
• Communicate regularly with supervisor
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and families
• Track time and mileage accurately

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years caregiving or home care experience
• Must be amenable to work within Chester, Montgomery & Delaware County
• Valid and active CPR/BLS certification
• With current TB Test results on-hand (Quantiferon or 2-step test)
• Able to pass PA background checks
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong English reading, writing, and communication
