HomeCentris Healthcare in Harrisburg, PA is seeking a compassionate Lead Caregiver to join our team. The role provides high-quality personal care while guiding other caregivers to ensure safe, professional services.

This full-time position offers a competitive hourly rate of $13.00 to $15.00, a schedule Monday through Friday with weekend coverage, and benefits including 401K, PTO, Floating holiday, paid orientation, mileage reimbursement, and a referral program.

Formación

• Active Certified home health aide certification.
• Minimum 5 years caregiver experience.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (must drive).
• Current CPR and First Aide certification.
• Flexibility to work throughout Central PA.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to support clients and caregivers in the field.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance.
• Assist clients with daily living activities and companionship.
• Administer or assist with medications as directed.
• Monitor clients’ health conditions and report any changes to supervisors or healthcare professionals.
• Train, mentor, and support new caregivers.
• Ensure care plans are followed accurately and updated when needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and services provided.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and care teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Educación

Active Certified home health aide certification
