Senior Helpers in Wisconsin is seeking dedicated Lead Caregivers to support our clients at home and ensure compassionate, professional care. This role emphasizes mentorship, client introductions, and training new staff while maintaining open communication with the office and supervisor.

Qualifications

• Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must have valid driver license and vehicle insurance.
• Must be available for 24/7 on-call Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Introduction of caregivers to New clients.
• Shadowing & Training new and current staff.
• Maintain consistent and timely communication with the office and direct supervisor.
• Follow policies and procedures of Senior Helpers.
• Fill in on last minute shifts if needed.
• Help staff develop skills and help with employee retention.
