We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Lead Caregiver to join our team. The Lead Caregiver provides high-quality personal care to clients while also supporting and guiding other caregivers to ensure consistent, safe, and professional care. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to improving the lives of those we serve.
Provide direct personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance.
Assist clients with daily living activities and companionship.
Administer or assist with medications as directed.
Monitor clients’ health conditions and report any changes to supervisors or healthcare professionals.
Train, mentor, and support new caregivers.
Ensure care plans are followed accurately and updated when needed.
Maintain accurate documentation of care and services provided.
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and care teams.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (must drive)
Current CPR and First Aide certification
