HomeCentris Healthcare in Harrisburg, PA is hiring caregivers to provide companionship and daily living assistance across the Harrisburg and Lancaster areas. We offer paid orientation, ongoing training, weekly pay, and a supportive team to help you grow your skills while delivering compassionate care.

We look for dependable, compassionate individuals 18+, with caregiving experience or a willingness to learn, a valid ID, TB test, and theability to pass a background check; CPR/First Aid

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Personal or professional caregiving experience.
• Valid driver's license or state ID.
• Current TB test (less than a year old).
• Background check required.
• Willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications.

Responsibilities

• Companionship & engagement tailored to the individual.
• Daily living assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Light housekeeping and errands per care plan.
• Monitor client and document changes after each shift.

We pay up to $15/hr, depending on experience and location.

Requirements

• 18 years or older

What You'll Do

• Companionship & Engagement: Foster connection through conversation, games, music, and mentally stimulating activities tailored to the individual.
• Daily Living Assistance: Support clients with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, grooming, and feeding.
• Light Housekeeping & Errands: Assist with meal prep, laundry, cleaning, and transportation as outlined in the care plan.
• Monitoring & Communication: Observe and report changes in client condition, behavior, or cognition. Complete documentation after each shift.

All of our clients have different needs and specific care plans. We will not have you care for a client that requires help beyond your comfort level and skill set.
