Home Instead is hiring a Lead-Senior Caregiver in Maine to provide advanced care, lead a caregiving team, and mentor colleagues in clients' homes.

The role requires weekend and on-call availability; offers competitive hourly pay of $28, part-time to full-time hours, benefits such as PTO, health insurance, and 401(k), and a supportive office team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional caregiving experience.
• Clinical‑type caregiving experience preferred.
• Experience assisting clients with ADLs and IADLs.
• Experience providing dementia care.
• Experience safely using Hoyer lifts.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Reliable, compassionate, and professional.
• Available for weekends and on‑call responsibilities.
• Must provide three professional references.
