Job summary

Home Instead is seeking a Lead-Senior Caregiver to join our caregiving team in the Blue Hill area, serving Brooksville, Sedgwick, Blue Hill, Deer Isle, Surry, Orland, Castine, Penobscot, Brooklin and Belfast.

This role offers 30-40 hours per week at $28.00 per hour with weekend and on-call availability. You will lead and mentor other caregivers, deliver compassionate, hands-on care, and help keep clients safe and independent at home.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional caregiving experience.
• Clinical-type caregiving experience preferred.
• Experience assisting clients with ADLs and IADLs.
• Experience providing dementia care.
• Experience safely using Hoyer lifts.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Reliable, compassionate, and professional.
• Comfortable working independently and using good judgment.
• Able to support and work collaboratively with other caregivers.
• Must be available for weekends and on-call responsibilities.
• Must provide three professional references.
