Job summary

Dynamic Workforce Solutions is seeking a Lead Career Navigator to provide leadership and coaching to Career Navigators delivering integrated workforce planning for center customers in Central, OK. You will guide staff performance and work to ensure high-quality service.

Role requires overseeing hiring, development, and performance reviews, while maintaining compliance and driving Extreme Customer Service for outcomes and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Services, HR, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years' experience in staffing, recruiting, or workforce development; at least one year with computer systems for data entry and data review.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills and customer service skills.
• Must have valid driver's license and adequate vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and technical assistance to Career Navigators to meet performance and quality goals.
• Coordinate activities of Career Navigators to meet the needs of customers, providers and the Center.
• Responsible for personnel management for assigned staff in collaboration with Project Director, including hiring, development, performance review and evaluation, corrective action and termination.
• Problem solves difficult situations on behalf of customers and staff utilizing Extreme Customer Service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor; may require overtime.
