Wellstar North Fulton Hospital, Inc. is seeking a Lead Care Partner- Advanced in Acute Care - Neuro for a full-time Day shift.

The CP-A supports the RN, promotes a positive patient experience, and assists with ADLs, vital signs, and selected advanced procedures in a fast-paced unit. Responsibilities include adhering to infection control, communicating effectively with the care team, and ensuring safe patient care.

Formación

• Rising Senior in Good Standing with a General or High School Diploma.
• BLS certification required on hire; Instructor Cert Nurse Assistant preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in acute care, LTC, clinic, or direct patient care.

Responsabilidades

• Provide basic patient care (ADLs, ambulation) under RN supervision.
• Transport specimens, equipment, medications, and supplies as needed.
• Answer call lights promptly and assist care team as directed.
• Perform advanced technical procedures (phlebotomy, EKG, dressing changes) and manage IVs as assigned.
