Wellstar North Fulton Hospital in the United States is seeking a Nursing Assistant for Acute Care on the Cardiac Telemetry unit for the Day shift. The Care Partner supports the RN, assists with daily living activities, and helps deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, perform basic patient care tasks, document in EMR, and collaborate with the health care team to enhance patient experience while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; CNA preferred.
• BLS certification required upon hire.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide basic patient care activities under RN supervision.
• Assist with ADLs, mobility, and comfort measures on the unit.
• Document patient information in the EMR and communicate needs promptly.
