Wellstar Medical Group, LLC seeks a Nursing Assistant for Acute Care in Cardiac Telemetry on a full-time day shift. The Care Partner supports the nursing team by assisting with daily living activities and basic patient care, while promoting a positive patient experience and collaboration with physicians and staff.

Responsibilities include vital signs, documentation, and assisting in care delivery under RN direction, in a fast-paced unit.

Qualifications

• Must be rising senior or higher with a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to follow detailed directions.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication, including documentation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Minimum hire age 16.

Responsabilités

• Promote patient experience and assist with daily living activities.
• Support RN and healthcare team with basic patient care.
• Take vital signs and document in EMR.
• Assist in patient admissions and transport of supplies.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and safety.
