Discovery Senior Living is seeking a Lead Care Manager to provide hands-on care and support to residents, maintain a safe home-like environment, and train new Care Managers. The role includes daily assignments, scheduling, and stock management within a senior living community.

The position emphasizes compassionate care, resident dignity, and engagement in activities, with opportunities to advance within a large, certification-awarded organization.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designated group of residents during shift; check on residents throughout shift.
• Observe and document symptoms, changes in condition, and care needs.
• Notify supervisor if resident care needs increase.
• Assist with continence management and clean sanitation of resident spaces.
• Help residents maintain independence and safety; support daily living activities.
