Sunrise Senior Living in Washington, DC seeks a Lead Caregiver to serve as shift leader and deliver hands-on resident care. You will coach the caregiving team, coordinate coverage, and ensure compliance with ISP.

This role blends direct caregiving with frontline leadership, offering growth, structured onboarding, safety focus, and a benefits package including medical plans, retirement, PTO, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED completed.
• CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications.
• Strong communication, delegation, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care.

Responsibilities
