Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in California is seeking a Lead Caregiver to serve as shift leader, ensuring consistent resident care while coaching the caregiving team. You will lead shift assignments, monitor attendance, and coordinate coverage.

You’ll provide hands-on ADL support, review charting with ISP, mentor new staff, and promote safety and compliance. The position includes benefits such as medical plans, retirement savings, PTO, and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications
• Strong communication, delegation, and decision-making skills
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care
