Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Franklin Lakes, NJ is seeking a Lead Caregiver to act as shift leader and provide hands-on resident care while coaching the caregiving team. The role requires delivering compassionate, quality care with a focus on safety and documentation in a senior living setting.

You will model professionalism, mentor new staff, and help ensure ISP-aligned care plans. The position supports growth and provides benefits, competitive pay, and a welcoming team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications required.
• Strong communication, delegation, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care.

Responsibilities

19.65 - 24.65
