Sunrise Senior Living in Rocklin, CA seeks a Lead Caregiver to grow your career while leading compassionate care. You will supervise shifts, provide hands-on ADL support, coach caregivers on quality and documentation, and ensure ISP alignment for residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and age 18+.
• CPR, First Aid and Medication Administration certifications.
• Strong communication, delegation and decision‑making skills.
• Experience in assisted living, memory care or senior care.

Responsabilités

What We’re Looking For
