Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Lead Caregiver in Raleigh, NC. You will serve as shift leader, ensuring consistent resident care while coaching and supporting the caregiving team.

Responsibilities include leading shift assignments, providing ADL support, and coaching staff on quality, hospitality, and documentation standards. You will review ISP-aligned charting, monitor resident changes, and mentor new teammates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications required.
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care preferred.
