Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Findlay, Ohio invites you to join us as Lead Caregiver, a frontline leadership role that pairs hands-on resident support with team mentoring. You will lead shift assignments, ensure quality care, and model professionalism.

We seek candidates with a high school diploma, CPR/First Aid and medication administration certifications, and experience in assisted living or memory care. Expect growth, comprehensive benefits, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement as you advance

Responsibilities

• Lead shift assignments, manage attendance, and coordinate coverage.

• Coach caregivers on quality, hospitality, and documentation standards.
• Review charting and ensure alignment with ISP.
• Monitor resident changes and communicate concerns promptly.
• Support onboarding and mentor new team members.

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
