Job summary

Cardiovascular Associates of America (CVAUSA) is seeking a Lead Clinical Research Coordinator at our MyCardiologist site in South Miami, Florida. You will oversee all aspects of cardiovascular clinical trials, lead enrollment, and collaborate with national teams across our expanding network.

This on-site role offers autonomous project ownership, opportunities to drive process improvements, and a fast-paced environment within a supportive team focused on advancing patient care.

Qualifications

• Clinical experience in cardiovascular medicine or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, or clinical research.
• Experience leading enrollment and developing a research program.
• Knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Clinical research certification (CCRP) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of clinical trials, including patient recruitment, screening, and enrollment.
• Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure compliance with study protocols.
• Collect, verify, and manage clinical trial data.
• Serve as primary contact for sponsors, participants, and stakeholders; provide updates.
• Ensure regulatory submissions and patient records are up-to-date and compliant.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
