Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience managing commercial or industrial construction projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects from conception through completion.
• Experience managing multiple capital projects concurrently with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience in commercial and industrial Tenant Improvements and ground up construction projects.
• Experience utilizing AI tools (i.e., ChatGPT, Claude).
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for project sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage the scope, schedule, budget, and quality of capital projects
• Oversee the full project lifecycle from programming to closeout
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors/contractors to meet project goals
• Develop and maintain the project execution plan, specs, and cost estimates
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and IEM standards
• Identify and resolve project challenges and risks; communicate status to stakeholders
• Prepare reports for Management and Executives on capital projects
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify adherence to standards
