Job summary

Florida Power & Light Company is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead capital and maintenance projects across its fossil fleet from inception to closeout. You will own budgets, schedules, and safety/regulatory compliance, coordinating with Plant Operations, Engineering, Procurement and Environmental teams.

Reporting to the Central Maintenance Manager, you will drive project delivery strategies (EPC / Procure-Construct / Construct-Only), develop business cases, manage permits, and ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelors or equivalent experience required.
• 4+ years project management experience.
• Experience managing projects from $1M to $50M+.
• PMP certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams across development, design, procurement, and execution.
• Develop budgets, schedules, and risk assessments.
• Manage permits, approvals, and EPC/Procure-Construct delivery options.
• Own project budget, schedule, and performance during construction.
• Closeout with documentation, financial reconciliation, and lessons learned.
