Responsibilities

• Lead the development, justification, design, and execution of capital projects from concept through startup.
• Develop and validate financial business cases (ROI/NPV, capacity, operating costs).
• Act as liaison between Plant Project Managers and contractors to deliver engineering solutions.
• Identify engineering needs for key stakeholders and coach cross-functional teams.
• Manage safety, environmental and Quality procedures per standards.
